Does Pinochle ScoreCard work offline?
Yes. Scoring, round history, and the meld reference chart work without a network connection. Sharing a scorecard uses your device’s Messages or email apps when you choose to send.
Single-deck and double-deck — which should I use?
The app supports both partnership formats. Pick the deck type at the start of a match; trick counts and validation adjust automatically (25 tricks for single-deck, 50 for double-deck).
Is ScoreCard Pro required?
No. The free app includes full partnership scoring, round ledger, meld calculator, and sharing. ScoreCard Pro adds statistics, unlimited saved player profiles, and regional meld presets as a one-time in-app purchase.
