RentEstimate (“the App”) is published by UAI Systems LLC. This policy describes how the App handles information.

Summary

The App stores calculator inputs and saved deals locally on your device only. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. No account is required.

Information stored on your device

The App may save:

• Your disclaimer acceptance preference
• Rental calculator inputs and saved deal scenarios you create

This data does not leave your device unless you back up through Apple iCloud or share content using the iOS Share Sheet.

In-app purchases

Optional RentEstimate Pro subscriptions and lifetime purchase are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store payment card information. Purchase and entitlement status are managed by Apple in accordance with Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Information we do not collect

• No analytics or tracking SDKs
• No advertising networks
• No account registration
• No server-side storage of your calculations
• No location tracking

Third parties

The App does not integrate third-party services that receive your personal data. Distribution is handled by the Apple App Store.

Children

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above will change when we do.
