By using RentEstimate (“the App”), you agree to these terms.
License
The App is licensed for personal, non-commercial use under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), unless otherwise required by law.
Educational purpose
The App provides mathematical estimates based on user-supplied inputs. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Market templates are illustrative only.
Subscriptions
RentEstimate Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription or one-time lifetime purchase processed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
No warranty
The App is provided “as is” without warranties. UAI Systems LLC does not guarantee accuracy of outputs or suitability for any investment decision.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UAI Systems LLC shall not be liable for damages arising from use of the App or reliance on its calculations.
