No. RentEstimate provides illustrative calculations for educational purposes only. Consult licensed professionals before making investment decisions.
How do I restore Pro?
Open the app → Calculator tab → ⋯ menu → Upgrade to Pro → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → RentEstimate Pro → Cancel. Apple manages all billing.
Where is my data stored?
On your device only. We do not operate servers that store your calculator inputs.
Florida market presets — are these guaranteed?
No. Presets are illustrative starting points for Florida regions (The Villages, Tampa, Orlando, etc.). Always verify tourist tax rates, insurance, HOA/CDD, and STR rules for your specific property and county.
